As a call centre system designed for outbound calling, many FIVE CRM clients use the system for high volume calling for appointment setting and/or lead generation/lead management. As such, this first release of our native app is dedicated to viewing reports which could be, for example, managers viewing call statistics and activity, or field reps viewing appointment lists. This new app has been built to be consistent with FIVE CRM on many levels:
Consistent high security
This app follows the high level of security found in the full FIVE CRM system, including strong passwords, IP restrictions, optional 2 factor authentication and automatic session time-outs.
Consistent access to data
The app uses the same User Profile settings to control access to data so you can be sure that remote users can only see the data you want them to see. The app will only present the user with reports that they have permission to use, no other report names or folders will be visible.
Consistent user interface
Easily find the report you need using the search function. As in FIVE CRM where you can configure the colour theme for each Database Area, so that same theme is also used in the app, and as with FIVE CRM, dependent on which Database Area you are viewing. You also have the option to change Database Areas in your session - depending on permissions configured for the User Profile in FIVE CRM.
Consistent report viewing
Any report viewable in FIVE CRM can be viewed in the app. This includes list, summary and pivot-table reports and also displaying relevant data in a range of chart types, including pie, line and bar charts.
Consistent flexibility
Since it is possible to configure reports in FIVE CRM with required parameters, so this is also reflected in this app. For example, if you run a report that needs you to enter a start and end date, then it will ask for those values (and for dates there is an easy-to-use date selector). Also, reports that are set to run on the current session Database Area respect that session information.
Consistent usability
Not only does the app rotate when the device is rotated, but "clicking" on a report line shows a popup window of all columns for the selected row - so you don't have to scroll horizontally unnecessarily. If a report would be returning a massive amount of data the app will tell you before it does it, giving you the option to cancel the report before you have phone/data/bandwidth issues.
Consistent licencing
The app itself is free-of-charge, however when logging in it will use a licence on your FIVE CRM system.
